INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 31.1% for the six months ended May 29, 2016, compared to 35.8% for the same period ended May 31, 2015. The decrease in the effective tax rate in 2016 as compared to 2015 primarily reflected a higher proportion of 2016 earnings in jurisdictions where the Company is subject to lower tax rates.
