INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 29.7% for the six months ended May 26, 2013, compared to 29.3% for the same period ended May 27, 2012. The effective tax rate remained relatively flat compared to the same prior-year period as the projected mix of earnings was consistent with the prior year.
