INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 31.2% for the three months ended February 24, 2013, compared to 32.3% for the same period ended February 26, 2012. The decrease in the effective tax rate in 2013 is primarily a result of a favorable change in the projected mix of earnings in jurisdictions with lower effective tax rates.
