Line Of Credit Facility	6. On December 22, 2011, the Company and the Bank agreed to establish the seasonal line of credit from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 at $65.0 million. The letters of credit were also renewed on December 22, 2011 through December 31, 2012.
