Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On June 26, 2007, the Company’s board of directors, following the completion of the 2006-Crop production cycle, made the decision to change the estimated sugarbeet payment to its shareholder/growers.

The Company’s initial sugarbeet payment estimate totaling $.13484408 per harvested/bonus pound of sugar or $40.21 per ton (for average quality sugarbeets delivered), has been increased to $.1441818 per harvested/bonus pound of sugar or $43.00 per ton, with the final sugarbeet payment to be determined and paid in October of 2007.
