Related Party Transactions	14. Related Party Transactions From September 2012 through December 2013, Mr. Gipson provided a total of $500,000 to the Company as an advance against his planned purchase of stock in Alseres Neurodiagnostics, Inc. These funds were available to the Company for use during 2012 and 2013 and the advance is reflected as advances from related parties on the consolidated balance sheet. Additional Related Party Transactions during 2013 are disclosed in footnotes 7, 8 and 10.
