Related Party Transaction	11. Related Party Transaction. During the last 4 months of 2012 and in the first nine months of 2013, Robert Gipson provided a total of $500,000 to the Company as an advance against his planned purchase of stock in Alseres Neurodiagnostics, Inc. to occur in 2013. These funds were available to the Company for use in 2012 and 2013 and the advance is reflected as advances from related party on the consolidated balance sheet. Mr. Gipson also provided the company with $275,000 in exchange for demand promissory notes bearing interest at 7% per annum.
