Income Taxes	9. Income taxes The Company is subject to both federal and state income tax for the jurisdiction within which it operates. Within these jurisdictions, the Company is open to examination for tax years ended December 31, 2009 through December 31, 2012. The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has completed an audit of tax years 2007 and 2008 and has informed us that no adjustments to the federal tax returns as filed will be proposed as a result of the audit. However, because we are carrying forward income tax attributes such as a net operating loss (“NOL”) from 2006, these attributes can still be audited when utilized on returns filed in the future.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
