Related Party Transactions	14. Related Party Transactions During the last 4 months of 2012, Robert Gipson provided a total of $325,000 to the Company as an advance against his planned purchase of stock in Alseres Neurodiagnostics, Inc. to occur in 2013. These funds were available to the Company for use during 2012 and the advance is reflected as advances from related parties on the consolidated balance sheet. Additional Related Party Transactions during 2012 are disclosed in footnotes 8 and 10.
