Deferred charges Under the terms of the Amended and Restated License Agreement with Harvard, total license fees of $66,050 are due to Harvard related to the cash and stock consideration received from the sublicense agreement with Navidea The Company is amortizing those license fees on a straight-line basis over the estimated performance period which is the effective date of the agreements on July 31, 2012 through the patent expiration date in June 2030.

5. Deferred charges
