Option Subscription, Description             The amount of benefit under the 2013 LTIP will be determined individually at the 12 month period ending December 31, 2013, the 24 month period ending December 31, 2014 and the 36 month period ending December31, 2015. The awards vesting will be as follows: 16.7% of the target award after the end of the performance period ending December 31, 2013, 27.8% of the target award at the end of the performance period ending December 31, 2014 and 55.5% of the target award at the end of the performance period ending December 31, 2015. The benefits earned under the 2013 LTIP will be paid out in equity in the first quarter following the close of the applicable performance period. The participants are required to be employed on the day of payout in order to receive such payment
