Premier declared and paid a $0.62 per common stock dividend in the first six months of 2023 and declared and paid a $0.60 per common stock dividend in the first six months of 2022. Premier declared and paid a $0.31 per common stock dividend in the second quarter of 2023 and declared and paid a $0.30 per common stock dividend in the second quarter of 2022.
