Note 2: Net Loss Per Share

Basic and diluted net loss per share is computed using the weighted average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Equivalent common shares, consisting of stock options and warrants which amounted to 8,017 and 5,893,040 and 534,283 and 6,733,420 are excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, since their effect is antidilutive due to the net loss.
