Net Loss Per Share	Note 2: Net Loss Per Share Basic and diluted net loss per share is computed using the weighted average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Equivalent common shares, consisting of stock options and warrants which amounted to 7,622,024 and 3,310,591 for the three months ended June 30, 2017 and 2016 , respectively; and 18,503,057 and 18,814,995 shares for the six months ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively, are excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share since their effect is anti-dilutive.
