Net Loss Per Share [Policy Text Block]	Basic and diluted net loss per share is computed using the weighted average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Equivalent common shares, consisting of stock options and warrants which amounted to 9,360,300 and 33,348,458 shares, and 565,411 and 53,809,659 shares for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, are excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share since their effect is anti-dilutive.

Disclosure of accounting policy for computing basic and diluted earnings or loss per share for each class of common stock and participating security. Addresses all significant policy factors, including any antidilutive items that have been excluded from the computation and takes into account stock dividends, splits and reverse splits that occur after the balance sheet date of the latest reporting period but before the issuance of the financial statements.
