PLAN COSTS We will pay all administrative costs and expenses associated with the plan, except that you will pay brokerage commissions and fees on all purchases and sales of common stock in the open market, currently expected to be no more than 4 cents per share. You will also pay a $5 processing fee per request to sell shares. You do not pay any brokerage commissions and fees on shares of common stock purchased directly from us. FEDERAL INCOME TAX CONSEQUENCES DIVIDENDS Dividends are taxed as income whether you reinvest them or receive them in cash.
