During the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, we recorded $11.5 and $3.5, respectively, of software development impairment charges (a component of Cost of revenue). The impairment charges recorded during the three months ended September 30, 2024 related to our cost reduction program (refer to Note 15 - Business Reorganization). The impairment charges recorded during the three months ended September 30, 2023 related to unamortized capitalized costs for the development of titles, which were anticipated to exceed the net realizable value of the asset at the time they were impaired.

During the six months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, we recorded $34.8 and $21.7, respectively, of software development impairment charges (a component of Cost of revenue). The impairment charges recorded during the six months ended September 30, 2024 related to our cost reduction program (refer to Note 15 - Business Reorganization). The impairment charges recorded during the six months ended September 30, 2023 related to unamortized capitalized costs for the development of titles, which were anticipated to exceed the net realizable value of the asset at the time they were impaired.
