Other Events.

On April 30, 2020, Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it is repaying the $546,600 loan it received under the Paycheck Protection Program of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act of 2020 (“CARES Act”) administered by the Small Business Administration.
