Note 3  – Basis of Presentation

These interim unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S. (

U.S. GAAP

) for interim financial information in accordance with the instructions to Form

-Q.  Accordingly, they do

not

include all of the information and footnotes required by U.S. GAAP for complete consolidated financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normally recurring accruals) considered for fair presentation have been included.  Operating results for the
