Ellomay Capital Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it is exploring the possibility of raising funds through the offering of a new series of unsecured, non-convertible debentures in aggregate principal amount of approximately NIS 220 million (approximately $60 million) to the public in Israel. The net proceeds from the proposed offering are expected to be used for investments in new projects.
The execution of such possible public offering, its terms, scope and timing, are subject to approval by the Company's board of directors, the receipt of regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Israel Securities Authority and the approval of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange for the listing of the debentures for trading, and other factors, such as market conditions.
