Ellomay Capital Announces Results of 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Tel-Aviv, Israel, September 11, 2014 – Ellomay Capital Ltd. (NYSE MKT: ELLO; TASE: ELOM) (“Ellomay” or the “Company”), an emerging operator in the renewable energy and energy infrastructure sector, today announcedthat all proposed resolutions were adopted and approved by the required majority at the annual general meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on September 11, 2014. For more information, please see the Company's Notice and Proxy Statement relating to the 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders furnished on Form 6-K to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 7, 2014.
