Ellomay Capital Announces Results of 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
 
Tel-Aviv, Israel, June 20, 2012 – Ellomay Capital Ltd. (NYSE Amex: ELLO) (“Ellomay” or the “Company”), announced today that all proposed resolutions were adopted and approved at the annual general meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on June 20, 2012. As of close of business on May 21, 2012, the record date for the annual general meeting of the Company’s shareholders, the Company had 10,696,271 issued and outstanding ordinary shares (this number does not include 81,755 ordinary shares that were held at that date by the Company as treasury shares under Israeli law).
