        On July 11, 2005, NUR Macroprinters Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press announcing the fourth quarter and full year 2004 results. The press release also reports first quarter 2005 results.

        Said results reflect previously announced write-off of inventory, receivables and intangible assets. The Company also reported a change in revenue recognition policy that causes a restatement of prior periods financial statements.
