Subsequent Events Houston Area Land Sale On October 30, 2020, we completed the sale of a portion of certain non-producing surface acreage in the Houston area for approximately $11 million. Pipeline Financing Transactions In late October 2020, we restructured our CO₂ pipeline financing arrangements with Genesis, resulting in Denbury reacquiring the NEJD and Free State pipelines. See Note 6, Long-Term Debt – Pipeline Financing Transactions, for further discussion.
