Dividends

During the first three quarters of 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.0625 per common share, with dividends totaling $22.1 million paid to stockholders during the three months ended March 31, 2015. In September 2015, in light of the continuing low oil price environment and our desire to maintain our financial strength and flexibility, the Company’s Board of Directors suspended our quarterly cash dividend.
