Share Repurchase Program	Note 4. Share Repurchase Program Under our board-authorized share repurchase program, we repurchased 1.1 million shares of Denbury common stock for $19.0 million during the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 5.0 million shares of Denbury common stock for $85.2 million during the six months ended June 30, 2013. Since commencement of the share repurchase program in October 2011 through June 30, 2013, we have repurchased a total of 36.1 million shares of Denbury common stock for $547.1 million, or $15.15 per share. As of June 30, 2013, we had $224.1 million of remaining repurchases authorized under our share repurchase program.

Note 4. Share Repurchase Program

Under our board-authorized share repurchase program, we repurchased 1.1 million shares of Denbury common stock for $19.0 million during the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 5.0 million shares of Denbury common stock for $85.2 million during the six months ended June 30, 2013. Since commencement of the share repurchase program in October 2011 through June 30, 2013, we have repurchased a total of 36.1 million shares of Denbury common stock for $547.1 million, or $15.15 per share. As of June 30, 2013, we had $224.1 million of remaining repurchases authorized under our share repurchase program.
