Share Repurchase Program	Note 4. Share Repurchase Program During the first quarter of 2013, we repurchased 3.9 million shares of Denbury common stock under our board-authorized share repurchase program for $66.2 million, or $16.80 per share. Since commencement of the share repurchase program in October 2011 through March 31, 2013, we have purchased a total of 35.0 million shares of Denbury common stock for $528.1 million, or $15.08 per share. As of March 31, 2013, we have $243.1 million remaining under our authorized share repurchase program.

Note 4. Share Repurchase Program

During the first quarter of 2013, we repurchased 3.9 million shares of Denbury common stock under our board-authorized share repurchase program for $66.2 million, or $16.80 per share. Since commencement of the share repurchase program in October 2011 through March 31, 2013, we have purchased a total of 35.0 million shares of Denbury common stock for $528.1 million, or $15.08 per share. As of March 31, 2013, we have $243.1 million remaining under our authorized share repurchase program.
