On June 15, 2017, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of IXYS Corporation approved an increase of 400,000 shares reserved under the Amended and Restated 1999 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

On June 15, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board awarded Uzi Sasson $381,487 as cash performance compensation for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017.
