Subsequent Events [Text Block]	16. Subsequent Events On July 21, 2017, we acquired Componentes Semiconductores de Portugal, LDA, an assembly service provider in Portugal. Upon the close of the acquisition transaction, we assumed liabilities of approximately €2.7 million. In July 2017, we advanced $1.5 million pursuant to a convertible bridge financing agreement with a privately-held UK company.
