We have a single operating segment and reportable segment. We design, develop, manufacture and market high performance semiconductor products. Our

two

Chief Executive Officers,

of whom is also the Chief Financial Officer, have been identified as the chief operating decision makers. Our chief operating decision makers review financial information presented as
