Segment and Geographic Information

We have a

single

operating segment and reportable segment. We design, develop, manufacture and market high performance semiconductor products. Our

two

Chief Executive Officers,

one

of whom is also the Chief Financial Officer, together, have been identified as the chief operating decision makers. Our chief operating decision makers review financial information presented as

one

operating segment for the purpose of making decisions, allocating resources and assessing financial performance.
