15. Income Taxes

For the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, we recorded income tax provisions of $1.7 million and $1.5 million, reflecting effective tax rates of 35.8% and 30.2%, respectively. Our effective tax rate for quarter ended June 30, 2015 was affected by non-benefitted losses incurred in certain tax jurisdictions. For both periods, the effective tax rates reflected estimates of annual income in domestic and foreign jurisdictions, as adjusted by certain tax items.
