Income Taxes For the three and six months ended September 30, 2013, we recorded income tax provisions of $1.4 million and $2.3 million, reflecting effective tax rates of 28.7% and 29.9%, respectively. For the three and six months ended September 30, 2012, we recorded income tax provisions of $1.1 million and $4.3 million, reflecting effective tax rates of 31.3% and 34.0%, respectively. For the three and six months ended September 30, 2013, the effective tax rates were affected by changes in estimates of annual income in domestic and foreign jurisdictions and certain discrete items. For the three and six months ended September 30, 2012, the effective tax rates were affected by changes in estimates of annual income in domestic and foreign jurisdictions.
