As set forth in the prospectus, dated               , 2007, or the prospectus, of Hospitality Properties Trust, or the Company, and in the related letter of transmittal, or the letter of transmittal, this form or one substantially similar must be used to accept the Company’s offer to exchange all of its outstanding 5.625% Senior Notes due 2017, or the outstanding notes, for its 5.625% Senior Notes due 2017, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the exchange notes, if certificates for the outstanding notes are not immediately available or if the outstanding notes, the letter of transmittal or any other required documents cannot be delivered to U.S. Bank National Association, or the exchange agent, or the procedure for book entry transfer cannot be completed, prior to the expiration date. This form may be delivered by an Eligible Institution (as defined in the letter of transmittal) by hand or overnight courier or transmitted by facsimile transmission or mailed to the exchange agent as indicated below.
