The registrant has substantially completed its Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2007 (the “Quarterly Report”); however, the Quarterly Report could not be filed by the prescribed due date of May 15, 2007 because the registrant had not yet completed its final internal review of the Quarterly Report.
