     On February 20, 2007, Microfield Group, Inc. issued a press release disclosing its financial results for the three and twelve months ending December 30, 2006. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
