7. DEPOSITS

At December 31, 2017, the scheduled maturities of time deposits (certificates of deposit) are as follows:

The Company has a significant deposit relationship with the City of Philadelphia for which deposits totaled approximately $2.5 million at December 31, 2017. Total deposits in excess of $250,000 totaled approximately $17,010,000 and $12,150,000 at December 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. Additionally, deposits held by related parties totaled $121,484 at December 31, 2017.
