On July 8, 2020, Civista Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing it plans to release second quarter 2020 financial results prior to market open on July 24, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Sandusky, Ohio, July 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/– Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:CIVB) (“Civista”) announced today that it will issue its second quarter 2020 financial results prior to market open on Friday, July 24, 2020.
