To elect four individuals to the Board of Directors: Nominees: (01) P. Kevin Condron -two-year term expiring in 2021 (02) Michael D. Price -three-year term expiring in 2022 (03) Joseph R. Ramrath -three-year term expiring in 2022 (04) John C. Roche -three-year term expiring in 2022 2. To approve the advisory vote on the Company’s executive compensation. 3. To ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent, registered public accounting firm for 2019.
