LEASE COMMITMENTS	14. LEASE COMMITMENTS Rental expenses for operating leases amounted to $22.4 million, $21.1 million and $17.2 million in 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively. These expenses relate primarily to building leases of the Company. At December 31, 2012, future minimum rental payments under non-cancelable operating leases, were approximately $58.5 million, payable as follows: 2013 – $18.0 million; 2014 – $16.3 million; 2015 – $13.8 million; 2016 – $7.2 million and 2017 and thereafter – $3.2 million. It is expected that in the normal course of business, leases that expire may be renewed or replaced by leases on other property and equipment.
