Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events There were no subsequent events requiring adjustment to the financial statements. On April 30, 2012, the Company completed the sale of its third party administration subsidiary, Citizens Management, Inc. This transaction is expected to result in an approximate $11 million gain, after taxes.
