ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On March 1, 2024, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share of the Company’s common stock for the first quarter 2024, payable March 28, 2024, to common stockholders of record on March 15, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
