COINSTAR ANNOUNCES DATE FOR 2008 ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
BELLEVUE, Wash. – April 10, 2008 – Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) today announced that its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2008. Stockholders of record at the close of business on Friday, April 11, 2008, are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
Coinstar will present details regarding its Board’s recommended slate of director nominees for the 2008 Annual Meeting in the Company’s definitive proxy statement and other materials, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and mailed to all stockholders eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting.
