Complaint against the Dead Sea Bromine Company Ltd.

 

Further to the Company’s immediate report dated April 3, 2017 (Ref: 2017-02-029866) regarding a complaint filed by Great Lakes Chemical Corporation (“GLCC”) against the Company’s subsidiary Dead Sea Bromine Company Ltd. (“DSB”), alleging the breach of a 2003 agreement pertaining to the supply and sale of bromine and bromine derivatives (the “Supply Agreement”), the Company hereby reports that DSB and GLCC have entered into a settlement agreement ending the legal dispute between them (the “Settlement Agreement”).

 

The arrangements provided under the Settlement Agreement, as aforesaid, are at amounts which are not material to the Company.
