The Company hereby wishes to report that Mr. Ron Moskovitz, member of the Company's Board of Directors, informed the Chairman of the Board of his wish to resign from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

 

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Moskovitz for his contribution to the Company and its achievements.
