On December 5, 2013, the Board of Directors of UNS Energy Corporation (UNS Energy) filled a vacancy on the board by electing David G. Hutchens as a director. In addition to his duties as a director, Mr. Hutchens continues to serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of UNS Energy and Tucson Electric Power Company.
