     On November 4, 2008, at a meeting of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Hub Group, Inc. (the “Company”), the Board unanimously approved the appointment of David P. Yeager, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, as Chairman of the Board and Mark A. Yeager, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, as Vice Chairman of the Board.
