Become a digital leader in financial services: • New solutions delivering improved experience to clients including Net Asset Value (NAV) Oversight, Enhanced Asset Owner Strategy, Enterprise Pricing Web and SEC Modernization Reporting Tools 2. Drive growth from core franchise: • New asset servicing wins in 3Q16 of approximately $212B • Approximately $500B of servicing commitments remaining to be installed as of September 30, 2016 • Reappointed by PIMCO to provide investment manager services outsourcing in support of $1.55T in assets • State Street also has agreed in principle with PIMCO, subject to definitive agreements and approvals, to provide accounting, custody, fund administration and transfer agency services for an additional $140B in offshore assets2. 24 Non-GAAP measures, regulatory capital ratios and reconciliations In addition to presenting State Street’s financial results in conformity with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles, or GAAP, management also presents results on a non-GAAP, or "operating" basis, as it believes that this presentation supports meaningful analysis and comparisons of trends with respect to State Street’s normal ongoing business operations from period to period, as well as additional information (such as capital ratios calculated under regulatory standards scheduled to be effective in the future or other standards) that management uses in evaluating State Street’s business and activities.
