Fully phased-in pro-forma estimates of tier 1 and to tal capital both reflect the transition of trust preferred capital securities from tier 1 capital to to tal capital. For both Basel III advanced and standardized approaches, fully phased-in pro-forma estimates of risk-weighted assets reflect the exclusion of intangible assets, o ffset by additions related to non-significant equity exposures and deferred tax assets related to temporary differences. A ll fully phased-in ratios are preliminary estimates, based on our interpretations of the Basel III final rule as of the date each such ratio was first announced publicly and as applied to our businesses and operations as of the date of such ratio .
