401(k) PLAN

401(k) PLAN

The Company maintains a defined contribution 401(k) plan for the benefit of corporate employees. Under our 401(k) plan, eligible employees may elect to contribute based on their eligible compensation. The Company matches a portion of employee contributions, which amounted to $14 million, $11 million, and $6 million for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018, and 2017, respectively.

We also maintain multiple employer defined contribution plans, which cover WSEs for client companies electing to participate in the plan and for their internal staff employees. We contribute, on behalf of each participating client, varying amounts based on the clients’ policies and serviced employee elections.
